What types of wine are included in each Vinalia Club shipment?

Each month you will receive a rotating mix of red and white still wines from all over the world. We also feature dry rosé in the summer.

How does billing work for the Vinalia Club?

Billing for the ongoing monthly wine club subscription takes place at the time of purchase for the first month and then every 30 days thereafter. Prepaid wine club subscriptions and gift subscriptions that have a duration of1, 3, 6 or 12 months are paid in full at the time of purchase
in the form of a non-refundable, one-time credit card payment. Prepaid
subscriptions do not auto-renew.

What do I do if I receive a bottle that is corked, oxidized, broken or otherwise flawed or damaged?

will replace any flawed or damaged bottles for you free of charge.

Can I skip shipments or pause my wine club subscription?

Of course. You can skip shipments or pause your wine club subscription anytime in your account online or you can also contact us for assistance at info@vinaliawine.com.

How do I cancel my wine club subscription?

We hate to see you go but understand personal situations change. You can cancel an ongoing monthly wine club subscription anytime in your account online or you can also contact us to cancel at info@vinaliawine.com. Prepaid wine club subscriptions and prepaid gift
subscriptions that have a duration of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months are paid in full at
the time of purchase and are non-refundable final sales.

Does someone need to be home to sign for my or my gift recipient's wine club shipments?

Yes. The delivery carrier will require a signature from an adult 21 years of age or older in order to make the delivery. If you or your gift recipient are not able to be home to sign for your wine shipments, we strongly suggest having your wine shipments sent to an office or business address where an adult 21 years of age or older is available to sign. If the delivery carrier fails to deliver the shipment, it will then return the shipment to us. If you would like your shipment to be reshipped to you or your gift recipient, you will be charged a return shipment fee. Please inquire directly for fee details.

Can I order additional bottles of a wine I received in one of my wine club shipments?

Yes! You can order additional bottles of any current or past wine featured in our wine club shipments directly in our Bottle Shop.
