How many bottles of wine are included in each shipment?

Four unique bottles are included in each shipment.

Can I choose the wines in each of my shipments?

At this moment, the Vinalia Club membership is not customizable. We take great pride in sourcing and curating top wines from all over the world. All you have to do is enjoy them!

Will I receive multiple bottles of the same wine in each shipment?

Nope! Each month, you will receive four new, different wines, usually a mix of still red and white.

Will each month focus on just one producer?

Our goal is to introduce you to as many producers as possible, which is why we strive to showcase at least two producers in each monthly shipment.

Can I order additional bottles of a wine I received in one of my wine club shipments?

Yes! You can order additional bottles of any current or past wine featured in our wine club shipments directly in our Bottle Shop at any time.

Is there a time commitment for the Vinalia Club membership?

The Vinalia Club ongoing bi-monthly membership can be cancelled at any time and does not have a specific time commitment. Prepaid wine club subscriptions and prepaid gift subscriptions that have a duration of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months are paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable final sales.

Where can I learn more about the wines I received in my shipment?

All information related to tasting notes, the wines in general, and the producers that Vinalia works with is available directly on our website. However, if you have any specific questions, you are always welcome to contact us at info@vinaliawine.com.

Are the wines drinkable on arrival or will they benefit from a period of aging?

All of the wines in our monthly clubs are ready to drink. Tempting as it may be to jump right in, we advise letting these wines rest in a cool, dark place for 7-10 days before opening them. The rigors of travel can negatively impact aromas and flavors, so give the wines time to
settle down and show their best selves!

However, if you have the time, space, and patience, many of our wines will only get better with some aging.

Billing & Shipping

When do wine club shipments get sent out?

When you order! We want to make sure you can enjoy Vinalia right away which is why we send out shipments on a rolling basis.

Does someone need to be home to sign for my wine shipment?

Because we are shipping alcoholic beverages, someone 21 years or older must be present at the time of delivery to receive your club shipment. You will receive the tracking details for your club shipment via email when the wine has been shipped.

How does billing work for the Vinalia Club?

Billing takes place at the time of purchase for the first month and then every 60 days thereafter. Please reach out to as at info@vinaliawine.com or update your account directly if you need to make any changes to your shipment or membership.

Prepaid wine club subscriptions and gift subscriptions that have a duration of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months are paid in full at the time of purchase in the form of a non-refundable, one-time credit card payment. Prepaid subscriptions do not auto-renew.

How do I update my shipping address, billing address, or credit card information?

You can update this information online under your account. However, you can also contact us for assistance at info@vinaliawine.com.

Do you ship to all states?

We currently ship to 37 states, however we are actively pursuing expanding this to include all of the US. The states and territories we currently do NOT ship to include:

Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Washington D.C., Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah


Is there a gift subscription option?

Yes! We offer 1-, 3-, 6-, or 12-month prepaid monthly subscriptions. These memberships are available for purchase on our website. Learn more here.

Can I order a one-time club shipment?

Yes! A one-month Vinalia Club pre-paid subscription is available for purchase here.

Does someone need to be home to sign for my or my gift recipient's shipments?

Yes! The delivery carrier will require a signature from an adult 21 years of age or older in order to make the delivery. If you or your gift recipient are not able to be home to sign for your wine club shipments, we strongly suggest having your wine club shipments sent to an office or business address where an adult 21 years of age or older is available to sign for the shipments.

Does my gift recipient need to activate their gift subscription in order to begin receiving shipments?

No! No activation of any kind is required for your gift recipient to begin receiving his/her shipments. Once you purchase a gift subscription, shipments will automatically begin according to our standard monthly shipment schedule
